Counselling

Counseling is the process by which a practitioner aims to facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance, growth, and the development of personal resources. Change might include working with many complex feelings, experiences, and exploring parts of yourself and your life that are preventing optimal wellness and performance at work, school, sports, and in relationships.

The role of a MPC is to provide consultations geared towards improving performance and well-being related issues.
